	º	Every box of glass goes through a meticulous procedure to ensure the quality and cleanliness of each and every piece.
	º	Each step of our process is carefully monitored and signed by a technician as the glass is cut, ground on all sides, washed, tinned, coated, kiln fired, packaged and shipped tinning is a unique process that allows each piece to be checked in order that the glass will not adversely affect the frit.
	º	A "Certificate of Analysis" stating densitometer readings and firing tempuratures comes with every completed box.
•	Our company has been ISO-9000 compliant for over 5 years. Records are kept and available for perusal upon customer request. Each quality control sheet contains detailed information regarding the product required as well as customer purchase order information.
	º	Mac & Sons meets high standards of cleanliness via clean room type facilities.
	º	Experienced, courteous personnel are always on hand to work directly with our customers to ensure continuing quality control. They will be notified immediately of any difficulty in filling any part of the order.
